Sacred Heart University

I attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT for my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I was a proud recipient of both the Thomas Moore and President's Excellence awards and graduated summa cum laude. I chose to stay at SHU to pursue my Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

My capstone presentation on "The Transformative Effects of a Physical Fitness Program for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder". Presented at the 2024 Exercise Science Capstone Symposium and the 2025 Sacred Heart Academic Festival.
